Last week I was in Venice teaching visual electrophysiology and psychophysics, as I do biannially. This time the agua alta came from above, as you can see in the first photo, shot from a vaporetto. Luckily, on the last evening weather improved before I boarded my night train across the Alpes – last picture shows the Ponte Scalzi, close to the train station.
