My acuity et al. test is available in a new version – runs w/o a hitch for over a month now. I've also cleaned up the site a little.
The picture associated with the post may seem strange – it was extracted automatically from the URL. But is does make the point that a remote numeric keypad is a great addition.

Version Three.eight.zero-d available
We have tested the new version internally and found no problem so far – the basic functionality and its implementation was not touched, anyway.
Changes include:
• mirroring now for all optotypes
• simplified “bit stealing” for contrast
• reordered home screen
• added grating acuity (only low vision)
• improved result export. Etc., etc.
The manual has some updates, the checklist as well. Looking forward to feedback!
