My Vision Test Battery FrACT₁₀ has learned something new: Assessment of grating contrast thresholds.
- You select spatial frequency and patch diameter (in Settings>Contrast), and it will hone in on the threshold
- an approximate Gaussian window smoothes the grating edge
- error diffusion allows for accurate threshold in spite of 8 bit limits

- for giggles try ‘Autorun to target contrast’.
